Crash Replacement Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Crash Replacement Program is available to all customers who have purchased a cycling jersey or shorts from Prong Horn and have experienced damage due to a crash.
Discount: Eligible customers will receive a 50% discount on the replacement cycling jersey or shorts.
Proof of Purchase: To qualify for the discount, customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) for the original item.
Condition of Item: The item being replaced must be visibly damaged and is subject to inspection by Prong Horn staff to confirm eligibility for the program.
Replacement Limit: This program is limited to one replacement per item and is valid only for the original product received by the customer.
Timeframe for Claim: Customers must claim their replacement within one year from the purchase date of the original product. Once approved, the replacement must be completed within 30 days.
Exclusions: This program does not cover wear and tear, normal use, or any intentional damage to the product. Discount applies only to direct replacements and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Non-Transferable: The discount is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
